By using the website elham-yaghoubi.com or the Elingua app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the app.
1. Who provides the service
Elingua’s website and app are operated by Elham Yaghoubi, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia (registration no. 20374925).
2. Our service
Elingua teaches Istanbul Turkish with video lessons, PDF notes, vocabulary, listening practice, games and speaking practice. Lessons 1 to 3 are free. The remaining lessons are unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase on Google Play.
3. Accounts
You do not need an account to use the website or the app. Your progress is saved on your own device.
4. Acceptable use
- You may use the content for your own personal learning.
- Copying, selling, redistributing or uploading our videos, PDFs or lesson text without written permission is not allowed.
- You must not use the website to disrupt, hack or harass others.
5. Intellectual property
All Elingua content, including text, videos, audio, design, games and the Elingua name, belongs to Elham Yaghoubi or Elingua and is protected by copyright law.
6. Comments
You are responsible for your comments. We may approve, edit or remove comments that are abusive, spammy or inappropriate.
7. In-app purchases
Payments for unlocking lessons are processed by Google Play. We do not receive payments directly from you. Refunds are governed by Google Play’s own rules. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Accuracy and learning results
We aim to keep the content accurate and up to date. Learning results depend on your practice and effort. We do not guarantee a specific level or timeline.
9. External links
The website may link to other websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elingua and Elham Yaghoubi are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or the app.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use of the website means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes will first be addressed through friendly discussion. If this is not possible, they will be submitted to the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
