Refund Policy

In short: Elingua does not take payments directly. Full lesson access is purchased in the Google Play app, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own refund rules.
1. Where payments happen
The Elingua website does not accept online payments. Lessons are unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase on Google Play.
2. Who processes refunds
Google Play decides on and processes any refund. Elingua does not have access to your payment card or bank account and cannot issue a refund directly.
3. How to request a refund
- Open Google Play and go to your order history or purchases.
- Find the Elingua purchase.
- Follow Google Play’s instructions to request a refund. Google Play support is the right place for questions about eligibility.
4. Free lessons
Lessons 1 to 3 are free. No payment is required for them.
5. Technical or content problems
If a lesson or part of the app does not open, or the content is incomplete, please contact us. We will review the issue and fix it where possible. Contacting us does not replace a refund request to Google Play.
